He had been the CEO for Smaash and worked with Landmark group for a very long time and he thought to start his own venture . They have a entirely different ambiance and a structure which differentiates them from other cafes n lounge. They have nice cutlerys, everything is painted by an artist that they hired and even they have a smoking zone, two bar counters i.e. both in cafe and lounge.

The grand opening of this place is On 14th October with an international DJ performing and the event is gonna be a big hit. Btw it has a very huge dance floor which can accommodate more than 300 in the whole area

Lets talk about food now… i know you guys would be wondering what i had in this meet. SO let me tell you about the Head chef here Mr. Ashwin Kotian, he has an amazing experience in food & hospitality. He had worked with St. Regis mumbai and even served Bill Clinton and many more celebrities. So we were pretty excited about the food that was going to be in front of us

He actually made us different platters by combining two dishes together and that had chicken, prawns, lamb, paneer, mushroom with fusion and some really exotic desserts.

Like every supper or a lunch starts with a drink, he served us Melodrama which was made of watermelon, orange juice, soda & mint… refreshing, isn’t it ????

This whole platter was first flamed. I never saw that happening in front of my eyes. After flaming, chicken n prawns had that smokey n fiery taste which made this platter a worth to eat (must try).

Second platter was Kacchi keri ka Paneer and Stuffed mushroom. Like seriously telling that paneer had a pinch of keri syrup so it didn’t worked for me but stuffed mushroom with cheese on it was like small peices of soft cheese balls which melted in mouth and for the record i ordered them twice because it was so tasty.

Never had them before, Galouti kebab also known as, galawati kebab is a popular Lucknawi preparation made with finely minced meat – the meat usually being lamb, goat or beef. The lamb meat is cooked in butter, roasted chana dal and spices. The name ‘Galouti’ means melt in the mouth, and true to its etymology, the dish does melt in the mouth owing to the finesse of the mince. (must try)

What’s a biryani without some succulent pieces of mutton wrapped in a perfect blend of aromatic spices and herbs!? Yes, though other meats being more common, biryani eaters all over the world can easily swear by mutton. This was our course meal for the day, Kacche Gosht ki biryani served with vegetable curd. Well i gave you this mouthwatering description about the biryani, but it was not that much worth .

Now the master blaster of the meal, the dessert platter was out of this world. Western n Southindian culture bonding like brother n sister. One was Deconstructed Chocolate pudding with vanilla ice cream, dude highly recommended. The chocolate pudding has intense flavor of Rum (added pretty much which you gonna like) .

Second was Ada Pradhaman it is a Kerala Style Rice Flake Pudding With Jaggery & Coconut Milk which is typically served as a dessert in the festival of Onam in Kerala. Ada is the ribbon-shaped dry rice flakes made in jaggery and coconut milk. This traditional dessert is a very important part of Onam Sadhya (traditional meal)
