Palm Oil, Friend or a Foe

It’s been a debatable conversation over Palm Oil whether it is good or bad. So, here are five Things you should know about Palm Oil which may clear your thoughts about the dilemma or its ambiguous nature

  1. Health Benefits of Palm Oil, Palm Oil is an edible vegetable oil made from fruit of oil palm tree and is also called tropical oil. Palm oil is one of the least expensive and most popular oils worldwide, accounting for one-third of global plant oil production. Palm oil consist of Carotenoids Vitamin A (powerful antioxidant which helps in building immune system) which in-turn reduces Cholesterol level, heart disease and cancer. Palm oil is jam-packed with Tocotrienols, a form of Vitamin E and can support healthy brain function (Boost Brain cells).

  1. Palm Oil helps in Food Security, in recent years some Countries have been fighting over the Food Security in coming years for the generation which is yet to be born. Oil palm is more efficient, uses less land, needs fewer pesticides, and less fertilizer. The push to displace oil palm, then, would lead to moreland being used; more fertilizer and pesticides needed. Like in simple words if I’m getting something at cheaper price which in turn has many health benefits, then will you be thinking twice or you going to just buy it? 3 billion people globally consume palm oil as a major source of energy and vitamins – including in India, sub-Saharan Africa and South-East Asia. As land scarcity increases, the ability of oil palm to produce more food, using less land, will become even more vital.=

csm_2006-palmoel-herstellung-liberia-derek-frank-LIB2006WHH053_b178b01503

  1. Palm Oil – Land use Efficiency, in many case studies it has been found out that Palm oil is more efficient than rapeseed, sunflower, soy because it uses less land in turn fewer pesticides. Let’s talk numbers and evaluate the statement. The United Nations FAO predicts that the earth will house 9 billion people by 2050. To meet their needs, it is estimated that 150 million additional tons of oils and fats will be required each year. Producing 150 million tonnes of oil is a major challenge. It will need a lot of land. Which crop would be best used? 38 million hectares of oil palm; or 187 million hectares of rapeseed| 250 million hectares of sunflower | 375 million hectares of soybean. Oil palm is so far ahead in terms of productivity.

  1. Uses of Palm Oil, Palm oil is literally everywhere – in our foods, cosmetics, cleaning products and fuels. Like there would be some products in our daily lives which we use or eat a lot and we have no idea it contains Palm Oil. Some brands include Colgate-Palmolive, Nestle, Kellogg’s, Hershey’s, L’Oreal etc. It even has health benefits as it has Vitamin A and E which helps in heart, Brain and cancerous diseases and is also used as bio-fuel

  1. Is Palm’s Success its greatest enemy? From above points its obvious that Palm oil is and will be ruling the industry in coming years but with great success comes great enemies. Despite the facts about its benefits, uses and availability at cheaper rates people (Who deal into coconut, rapeseed, soy oil) are pointing out palm oil as its affecting other oil market.

wandverslag-palmoil-conference-web

There is nothing to Hate about Palm oil, everything on earth has its pros & cons but we need to see what’s best for humanity and its future. Oil palm is the best option by far

A Journey to Asian Street at Indore Marriott

‌It was 28th February, the end of month and we all were called to attend Asian Street Food Festival at Indore Marriott for the Pre-Opening of One Asia, a restaurant which will be serving the cuisines from Asian Countries. I was glad to be a part of this event and to meet such great chefs that had achieved so much in their life. 😎
IMG_20180304_134052
For now the event was organised in Indore Kitchen because One Asia is yet to be opened. But yet the  place was decorated amazingly, it gave a feel of authentic Malaysian restaurant. Then the management of Marriott has amazing hospitality. So lemme just draw a small picture of what everybody said and to give a gist about Marriott. The Executive Chef Vivek Kalia, he is heading all the kitchens of Marriott said “I was new to Indore and to know the taste What Indorians like, I went to local street market to see what people eat”  and this is how every cuisine which is being served at Marriott will give you a essence of Indore.
PhotoGrid_1520149452914
Now Here comes the Celebrity Masterchef Kuanlai, who was exclusively called to set up One Asia and for trial sake he came up with this Asian Street festival because he was so much in Love with Indores Chappan Dukkan and Sarafa that he wanted people to try Malaysian street food which is all COMFORT FOOD. He also represents a company known as Olive Tree Trading promoting their product – Bowl of Jasmine.
IMG_20180304_113930
After a long chat we all started having our meal which was already served to us. It had two cocktails, 3 appetizers, a salad, 2 main courses and 2 desserts.
Lets start with the salad called Gado Gado, A very colorful Singaporean vegetable salad which had To Fu, rice cake topped  with spicy peanut sauce which made it a lil sweet and made it tastier & one of my favorites 🙈
PhotoGrid_1520149155345
Then I had a sip of this cocktail called “Mango Cocktail” which they said had 60ML Absolut Vodka and mango juice but it was a VIRGIN 😂 . That was actually hilarious bcz the waiter was so confident at saying and when Chef Vivek tasted it, it came out to be a normal mango juice . It was a total disappointment 😦
PhotoGrid_1520149196696
Bangkok sour, a cocktail which is available at all bars of Thailand is a Absolut Vodka based drink with freshly squeezed lemon and pineapple juice. So mine was bitter in taste and when i said to change it, The guy took my drink n never came back 🙈 . So I really don’t know how it tasted like.
img_6418
Thai red curry fish cakes, i never had such a thing before. Deep fried fish in red curry which was served with a dip, sweet in taste. Its actually from the streets of Malaysia something different to try
PhotoGrid_1520149515779
Vietnamese fish rice paper roll, this is something called as Comfort food which chef was talking about, finely chopped fresh vegetables like carrot, lentils wrapped under rice paper roll very much bland in taste served with black sauce which I didnt like it. If you wanna try this (At your own risk)
PhotoGrid_1520149617921
Brinjal with sambal oelek – Never thought to eat “Baingan” like this. Now if I say in bloggers style, its roasted baby eggplant with homemade red chili garlic relish 😂. Not my thing to have and didn’t even expect this on my table. Its a very normal thing anybody can make in their house, boiled small eggplants tossed in red chili garlic sauce.
IMG-20180228-WA0014
Wok fry okra chili black bean sauce – Like seriously, BHINDI ??  🙄 Again nothing so special about it, well its not Marriott’s fault. I’m not used to Asian delicacy, its all about comfort food street style. It was also boiled lady fingers tossed in black bean sauce. I dont think indorians will like both the things
IMG_20180304_114324
Roti canai & Madras style chicken curry served with steamed jasmine rice, strange mix right ?? So this was all true because of the migrants from coastal and well traveled till Srilanka. This is how Indian food migrated and that’s why this chicken curry was sweeter than butter chicken because it was meant to be. A mixture of South Indian &  Malaysian served with white flour made Roti  Canai and steamed jasmine rice
PhotoGrid_1520149297850
Kari ayam mutabak: In layman language its called Franky which our moms is used to make at homes when its Sunday 🙈😉 . Its also white flour based egg based roti which was served with a sweet chili sauce. A typical Tamilian Singaporean thing.
PhotoGrid_1520149258002
I was expecting something extravagant in desserts but it wasn’t like that. We had a normal chocolate based cake and South Indian dessert called “Kuih Koci“which is normally served as prasad when you go to a temple when its Pongal or Onam. There traditional sweet i.e. rice based balls & mixture of Jaggery dry fruits & rice which i really liked bcz I’m a huge fan of there prasadam 😍
PhotoGrid_1520149327559
This Festival is gonna last till 6th March and only go if You wanna have something really different and if you want a taste buds twerk. You guys must be wondering I haven’t written anything good about any dish, its because i didn’t like it. May be it was my first time to this Asian cuisines which may be my taste buds weren’t ready for but Its always what I feel and I’m gonna give it 3 STARS for overall basis and I hope the menu at One Asia will be way better than this Street Food festival. Special thanks to the management for inviting us and showing a sweet gesture. #MyDJ

‌Everything was Just Swaad Anusaar #MPOC

It was a pleasant morning I was at work writing some code for my clients website and i received a call which got me super excited as 2018 was unfolding its first surprise in a big grand way or I shall say venture…oops I forgot to mention what that call said that made me so happy… her words were “I’m calling you regarding a bloggers meet for Malaysian Palm Oil and I want you to attend it for us” ❤ . Sometimes calls like this in your daily routine can make your day even more happier. I was very much excited about the event that was dated 10th Jan, 2018 at Red Carpet Banquet, Malhar mall Indore.
IMGL0002
Red Carpet Banquet
IMGL0003
As the most awaited day came we all gathered at the place and the event got started by the introduction WHY WE WERE HERE by Dr. Bhavna Shah, Country head India & SriLanka, MPOC. She talked about the oil palm and its benefits that it had many priceless contributions to health, the environment n the economy. Malaysian palm oil Not only is it an excellent source of energy for our bodies it also contains high level of carotene and vitamin E tocotrienols which help protect against diseases.
IMGL0028
Dr. Bhavna Shah
This is a versatile oil used in baking, cooking & frying. It is cholesterol free and rich in potent antioxidants. Major food manufacturers are now using palm oil in many of their products like Nutella, Fererro rocher, Hershey’s. Most efficient oilseed crop. Its use is not just restricted to food but also used in  pharmaceutical, soaps, cosmetics etc. Its now covering a substantial part of the global economy.
One of the Malaysia palm oil contributions to the world is Palm Biodesiel, this biodegradable non toxic environmental friendly renewable biodiesel is is very much THE GREEN FUEL OF FUTURE
There are a lot of MISCONCEPTIONS about Palm oil but the FACTS speak for themselves. It is lifting people out of poverty in developing world and is creating millions of global job at the same time
Here comes the most special & fun part, The Food Hunt 😎. We were divided into 4 groups of 6 teams, each team was given a clue card and we have to reach that particular place and complete the task. All the activities revolved around palm oil
The competition started 😈 , our first clue took us to 10 Downing street where we were told to make a tasty salad. And I was shocked because my team never even made one 😂 .
IMGL0098So some how with our creativity we made something and we named it “Swaad Anusar” as there was nothing swaad anusaar 😜 .
IMGL0133
Our second clue took us to Panchvati Gaurav where we have to taste the dish blind folded and guess the ingredients which was done right though we were lurking with time.😂🙈The dish which we tasted had palm oil and it was tasty 🙂
IMGL0013
IMGL0166
Me blind folded

IMGL0169
Bohat Sochna pada :p
Now Here comes the most interesting part we were stuck with our third clue card and this is how it goes
“There are Two words. First word divided in two parts
1. another word for easy
2. Last name of Bruce & second word was
What is the symbol a square and a circle inside stands for (i mean something like this only)”
IMG-20180110-WA0030
We thought to take a selfie after that blunder :p

And the Restaurant we guessed was Banana leaf 😂 .. like how and we just ran into the restaurant in search of people and the guy was shocked to see us running like mad people. We came out and laughed for like 5 minutes and then finally we guessed it right. It was “Simply Veg” which was on 3rd floor, C21 mall . So it was a Quiz related to palm oil

Our last clue card took us to sky blue sports bar where have to eat this bowl of ice-cream in minimum time. The ice cream had contents like Nutella, Fererro Rocher & cookies. As mentioned above all these have palm oil in it.  N guess what I had 3 girls in my group 🙈😂 . I mean in just 4 bites everything was gone… Finished
IMGL0183
IMGL0196
hogging on Ice Cream

IMGL0255
South African Guy… Yeah that’s ME
Then we went again to the place where we started and took selfies and pictures. I even wore a wig and looked like a total idiot but it was fun 🙈😂 . It was a theme based event Where everyone was suppose to be dressed in bohemian outfits and the best dressed male and female were going to be awarded with prizes and to my Surprise the best dressed was “yours truly” 😎.My gift hamper was a big box which had the products made from palm oil as an ingredient .
Our dinner was served which was by Red Carpet banquet and believe me everything was just delicious. From starters to our main course, like I Never even thought they make this tasty food. There was chicken, fish, mutton, paneer, corns, jalapeno potatoes, Dal makhani, rice and in dessert Brownie with Ice cream
This rendezvous was a day to remember, we met all the bloggers, influencers from all over Indore who managed to come here and we all made the best out of it “Connections & Networks”😎 . Special thanks Malaysian palm oil council for coming to Indore and enlightening us about this palm oil venture and benefits.
This time it was just not about food tasting but something related to our daily lives and health.

A Delicious evening @Mangosteen

Well let me tell you something i have never adjusted my schedule like this and the way i reached this place was a fun ride because i was getting late for this review session at a place somewhere on 4th floor situated in the center of the city and i have lots of memories from this place as i threw my birthday party here and ordered everything from Indian to Italian to Chinese .

IMG-20171115-WA0003

One of those cafes in Indore other than national chains who has sustained in the food market of Indore for more than 6 years and the reason is they always have something new either it is treat to our eyes or to our stomach 😜❤ . Renovated more than 4 times and revised there menu again to serve people of Indore the things they wanted to eat at this place. One of them is Chicken 😍 , and yes you read it right. It has started serving non-veg as well and i think i just forgot to mention the cafe 😂🙈 . It is the “Mangosteen Cafe” owned by a successful restaurateur Mr. Saurabh & boss thank you for inviting us to taste the new dishes added to your menu.

IMG-20171115-WA0002

Let me first tell you about this place quickly, It is situated in New Palasia interstar building 4th floor. The best part is the mezzanine floor with gazebo seating and we sat in open air in the beautiful breezy weather under the moonlight and those incandescent bulbs were adding colors to it . They did some amazing graffiti which will definitely make you click a picture with it😂 and guess what i did that too 🙈

After all the fun it was time to review the food. So here it goes

1. Chicken Chimichuri : Chimichurri is a magical sauce. It’s a zesty and green sauce with fresh herbs, garlic, vinegar, chili pepper and olive oil that livens up pretty much anything you throw at it. Steak, fish, vegetables and chicken all love it — especially if they’re grilled or roasted. The chicken was roasted on Tawa served on skews n were very handy

IMG_20171114_211726_HDR.jpg
2. Chicken Mushroom pot leek pie : i’m not a mushroom lover but this. Ooo maaayyy gaaud 😛 , the chicken n mushroom were marinated so perfectly & covered with canopy like crispy rotis were keeping chicken n mushroom warm. This was served with leek pie made of leek n shredded potatoes. Another must try dish from the menu

IMG_20171116_105217_265

3. Chicken Baguette : This is a french delicacy from paris. It actually a bread loaf stuffed with minced marinated chicken and cheese on the top of bread, baked for a time n served fresh. Try this with Cuban mojito 😜🙈 . I mean the combination of those two is like pizza n coca cola (You know what i mean)

IMG_20171123_112757_458.jpg

4. Pav bhaji & Dal Makhani : This is actually good that many cafes have started serving indian food as main courses but they still lack in bringing the actual taste from the street or city they belong
Pav Bhaji, the love of every Mumbaiker. Personally i didn’t liked it much because it was quite normal n nothing extra added by the chef who made this.

IMG_20171124_112647_564.jpg
Dal makhani Combo, the love of every Punjabi. Well I’m a punjabi too and when i heard this was going to be served i was literally so happy because its been a month away from home n i didnt had my Moms Dal Makhani. So when it came looked really tempting but then again these cafes lack somewhere in bringing the aroma and the taste. After having a bite, was not happy just bcz i made my hopes high n it turned out not to be nice. Still you can give it a try two City Foods on one Table 😜

5. Waffle with Cream n Fruits served with Maple n Blueberry Syrup : These warm waffles with in house freshly made Blueberry Syrup actually made my day. And how i can forget my favorite maple syrup 🍴 . If you go to Mangosteen, Make sure you have this platter

My Delicious Journey to Liv Up Cafe & Lounge

This time i was not gonna be the part of Bloggers meet up but my instincts told me ” No boss this Place may have something different that you will love” and i rescheduled my work and here i was Liv up Cafe & Lounge by Mr. Naveen. He had been the CEO for Smaash and worked with Landmark group for a very long time and he thought to start his own venture . So he came up with Liv Up cafe and lounge which is actually a Great idea where people can enjoy both the phases of there life which is running successfully in mumbai and USA.

IMG_20171012_234702

They have a entirely different ambiance and a structure which differentiates them from other cafes n lounge. They have nice cutlerys, everything is painted by an artist that they hired and even they have a smoking zone, two bar counters i.e. both in cafe and lounge.

The grand opening of this place is On 14th October with an international DJ performing and the event is gonna be a big hit. Btw it has a very huge dance floor which can accommodate more than 300 in the whole area

IMG_20171012_234720

Lets talk about food now… i know you guys would be wondering what i had in this meet. SO let me tell you about the Head chef here Mr. Ashwin Kotian, he has an amazing experience in food & hospitality. He had worked with St. Regis mumbai and even served Bill Clinton and many more celebrities. So we were pretty excited about the food that was going to be in front of us

He actually made us different platters by combining two dishes together and that had chicken, prawns, lamb, paneer, mushroom with fusion and some really exotic desserts.

Like every supper or a lunch starts with a drink, he served us Melodrama which was made of watermelon, orange juice, soda & mint… refreshing, isn’t it ????

IMG_20171011_114820_023

Now comes the appetizers and this part is really interesting, enjoy……

A platter , Flame Malai Kalmi Murgh and lasooni jheenga served with 6 varieties of chutney, that were coriander, dahi, green apple, pineapple, papaya murabba and chimichuri sauce

22472147_10203804063458683_1810076920_o

IMG_20171012_234827

This whole platter was first flamed. I never saw that happening in front of my eyes. After flaming, chicken n prawns had that smokey n fiery taste which made this platter a worth to eat (must try).

22494601_10203804058058548_475375425_o

Second platter was Kacchi keri ka Paneer and Stuffed mushroom. Like seriously telling that paneer had a pinch of keri syrup so it didn’t worked for me but stuffed mushroom with cheese on it was like small peices of soft cheese balls which melted in mouth and for the record i ordered them twice because it was so tasty.

IMG_20171012_234924

Never had them before, Galouti kebab also known as, galawati kebab is a popular Lucknawi preparation made with finely minced meat – the meat usually being lamb, goat or beef. The lamb meat is cooked in butter, roasted chana dal and spices. The name ‘Galouti’ means melt in the mouth, and true to its etymology, the dish does melt in the mouth owing to the finesse of the mince. (must try)

IMG_20171010_130735_769

What’s a biryani without some succulent pieces of mutton wrapped in a perfect blend of aromatic spices and herbs!? Yes, though other meats being more common, biryani eaters all over the world can easily swear by mutton. This was our course meal for the day, Kacche Gosht ki biryani served with vegetable curd. Well i gave you this mouthwatering description about the biryani, but it was not that much worth .

IMG_20171006_133641_939

Now the master blaster of the meal, the dessert platter was out of this world. Western n Southindian culture bonding like brother n sister. One was Deconstructed Chocolate pudding with vanilla ice cream, dude highly recommended. The chocolate pudding has intense flavor of Rum (added pretty much which you gonna like) .

Second was Ada Pradhaman it is a Kerala Style Rice Flake Pudding With Jaggery & Coconut Milk which is typically served as a dessert in the festival of Onam in Kerala. Ada is the ribbon-shaped dry rice flakes made in jaggery and coconut milk. This traditional dessert is a very important part of Onam Sadhya (traditional meal)

IMG_20171012_235053

We all had a great time talking to the owner and the chef. Really excited to see this place growing like the spikes in a stock market and yeah don’t forget to attend the Grand opening party on 14th October.

Have you ever seen a restaurant or café in Indore serving exotic desserts that we usually see in any 5 star hotels…?? if not then surely you gonna get your answer soon in this blog ;). All the bloggers from IBA were invited for the tasting of new menu at o2 café de la Ville where Celebrity Chef Mr. Shailendra kekade was called to add his extravagant dishes in the menu.  With 25 years of experience in the food industry, he combines not just exceptional cooking skills, but a phenomenal amount of creativity, talent and imagination. with Style Chef Mr. Shailendra Kekade

For people who had been to this café and never saw the new floor that has a secret door entry… you will surely get surprised ;). It is amazingly made with colorful walls and beautiful texture which makes this place perfect. They have a giant clock; vintage doors for showcase, different seating’s and yes you can say with a lot of mix n match this place looks even much better.

Talking about the New Menu, we were served with more than 12 dishes which covered almost every section of the menu but I seriously loved the dessert section because it had a whole lot of variations in platters and never seen them before :p. Do you have a fondness or cravings for sweets!! Here is exactly what you need to try ….

  1. Chocolate Chappan bhog, this stunning platter had everything from Indian to western. It was served on a long plate, in which there was crushed chocolate brownie, rum balls which had this intense flavor of pure rum, indrani balls, chocolate sauce, chocolate ice-cream and chocolate mousse scoop. You cannot say NO to this platter if it comes on your table.
IMG_20170912_130646_136
drooling, isn’t it ??

  1. Tres ‘Desi’ Leches, which means three layers of desi Indian sweets which are arranged from top to bottom i.e. Rabdi, Ras Malai and Ghewar. This delectable dessert is a nitrogen based platter where frozen ras malai was actually fried in -195 degree Celsius liquid nitrogen and then served over ghewar and then rabdi on the top of it with some ras poured over it and garnished with almonds. This sounds crazy but yes when you will see it you going to believe it.
IMG_20170913_010021
Rabdi, Ras malai and Ghewar
  1. Maghai Paan Pannacotta, frozen Mughal Pan fused with liquid nitrogen then crushed in small pieces served over Pannacotta which is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and molded to a shape. The flavor of pan compliments the pannacotta perfectly that this makes a perfect dessert platter to order.

  1. Smoked Chocolate Moussecake This scrumptious dessert is a chocoholic’s dream of rich, intense and delicious flavors. The Smokey charcoal flavor and rich chocolate takes you to third level of indulgence into heaven. This is something for all the chocolate lovers ❤

  1. Sour Cherry Cheesecake, the taste of this luscious cheese cake was entirely different from the track. It had sweetness of cherry and sour taste of cheese cake which may be appreciated by some people which like something different

Like for the first time we got a chance to show our dear ones what kind of work we do when we visit some place… well we just eat n click but though lot of work needs to be done after that :p. Special thanks to team O2 for making this happen and couldn’t been possible without Mr. Vicky Soni and Mr. Rakesh dawani for organizing this event in association with IBA

Let’s dine like the “French” do!!!

Do you really want to spend an unforgettable evening and you don’t know where to go? Are you in love and you want to enjoy a lovely experience together with your partner? Then you really need to choose the best romantic place in town. People were looking for a place like this and this guy gave them an answer by building such a unique concept and bringing down the symbol of love, The Eiffel Tower. The ONLY café across nation which is structured like an Eiffel Tower, FREITO CAFÉ. The restaurant owner thought to bring the culture of France to Indore and here it is.

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

We always talk about authentic food being served in Indore. There are restaurants and cafes that serve many international cuisines and one of them is FREITO CAFÉ which is famous for its French delicacies. This is the Central India’s only café where Good France Day was celebrated .For the third consecutive year, Taste of/ Good France gathered more than 2000 chefs on 5 continents to celebrate French Gastronomy on the day of spring, March 21st, 2017. Dinner served simultaneously in participating restaurants across globe honored the merits of French cuisine, its capacity for innovation, and its values: sharing, enjoying, and respecting the principles of high quality, environmentally responsible cuisine. The French don’t eat and drink to stay alive as they live to eat n drink, and sharing the experience with someone you care about only heightens the experience. Both the meal and the company are elevated with each sip of wine and each shared bite of a new dish.

On the occasion of #GOODFRANCEDAY Freito Café organized a Bloggers Meet with Chef Amit Pamnani, consultant writer and a culinary expert. He has a varied and rich experience of over 20 years  and specializes in Italian, Continental and European cuisines and had also worked with Michelin starred Chef Raymond Blanc. We were served a 5 course meal which had authentic French food and every dish was explained and made by Chef Amit. So that’s how it goes…. 😀

  1. Amuse Bouche : : A category for appetizers and that is specially made by the chef. It was actually a cold tomato soup which had real tomato pulps with basil leaves. We can say it a beverage called as “A Shot of Tomato Essence” served in classy vintage wine glass which was refreshing and the combination of basil leaves and tomato was perfect.

  1. French Onion Tart: It was way different from a regular tart. The chef made caramelized onion and spread them over a puff pastry and was presented over Dijon mustard dressing and frisee known as Endive a leaf vegetable which is bitter in taste. This was soft, crisper and made me to have another plate.

  1. Baked Spinach and Mushroom Crepes: This was far most the best savory in the entire menu. A complete stomach filling plate which had a wrap filled with some veggies, spinach and mushroom and liquid lots of cheese over it. The it was baked inside the oven. The crepe was impeccably delicious. I mean you could easily taste the flavors in your mouth, cheesy piquant flavor

  1. Chicken Fricasse Maman Blanc: This is the signature dish of Chef Raymond Blanc which is braised in white wine, vinegar and herb with fondant potato and French beans. Chicken was well cooked and the flavor of wine was complimenting chicken like icing on a cake. The picture of this flavorful savory says it all

  1. Chocolate Delice: It was the Ace in this 5 course meal and we all specially recommended this delectable scrumptious dessert to be added in their menu. Chocolate custard set on the base of a stable biscuit with caramelized almond. Soft n crunchy dessert melted inside the mouth and the last thing which I said was “hmmm…. Yummy “

5 Cutest Things to give on Valentines IN 50 Rupees

A gift is something that everybody loves and appreciates. It feels wonderful and incredible if the gift is given by your ‘FRIEND’. Well a friend is a person who you like and enjoy being with, a one which supports and helps you in your deeds. This is one of the most important parts of a life ‘To Have a Friend’. People used to go out often and they search for a gift or a surprise to give to their mate or loved ones.

I and my friends often go out and many of them are in a relationship for a long time and after watching them, a thought came to mind that ‘Why they spend lots of money to buy expensive gifts?’ if they love someone then why to weigh that love with expensive gifts. They can save the money for their future and can buy cute or memorable gifts that leave a lasting impression on their mate.

I am very innovative and creative in making things look beautiful and attractive. I suggested my friends some gifts that can come in very small amount i.e. 50 rupees and they just loved it. These gifts are the add-ons that will surely make your partner happy 😀

  1. Chocolates and Balloons- girls are mad about chocolates. They are like sweet, luscious, melts in mouth like nothing else in this world and are one of only a very thing I could not live without that makes us smile. Balloons love girls’ in fact they are made for them 😉 Love is like a balloon that in every breath I blow. Just see the magic after putting both the things together; isn’t this making a girl happy?

img_20170111_1951322. Cupcake, a Rose and some Assorted Toffees- When you frost a cupcake you spread LOVE. Sometime you just need to eat a CUPCAKE with lots of icing & get over it. A single rose can be my garden…a friend, my world. From the childhood, we are so much in love with Toffees <3. Unwrap it and enjoy the smooth, chocolaty melting flavor it. Now think of combining these three and giving it to your friend or girlfriend, won’t she be hell happy to see you with these adorable things 😀

  1. Balloon with photographs- this thing has to be done indoor. Well, girls like balloons and they obviously love pictures of them. So here’s an idea to mix things up and make it stunning.

  • On a glossy paper take your pictures printed out which ever you want.

The two most misused words in the entire English vocabulary are love and friendship. A true friend would die for you, so when you start trying to count them on one hand, you don’t need any fingers.
